Along with taking reservations and enquiries, our Reception team welcomes members and visitors to the Clubs. They escort visitors to our various areas, work the cloakroom and ensure departures from the Club run smoothly.
Comprised of Bartenders and Bar Backs (who assist the Bartenders), our Bar team ensures drinks are dispensed as requested and to standard. They also make sure the Lounge Bars are an elegant and welcoming environment for our guests.
Both Clubs have Waiters/Waitresses that look after the tables in our Members Lounges and ensure our Members and their guests have everything they need.
Our Moorgate Club has a formal Dining Room named Quartier, which requires Chef de Rang with extensive knowledge of our a la carte menu to wait the tables.
Runners assist the Lounge Waiters/Chef de Rang by running food from the kitchen to the relevant department.
Commis Chefs and Chef de Partie assist our Senior Chefs by preparing dishes for our Members Lounges, Quartier Restaurant (serving modern European cuisine) and events.
